• Stay sharp on Gen Z aesthetics, global design trends, and emerging creative tools
• Mentor and inspire junior designers through critique, coaching, and leadership

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house)
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools
• A stellar portfolio that showcases a diverse range of work, with a strong sense of layout, typography, color, motion, and storytelling
• Solid understanding of brand systems and scalable design across platforms
• Experience leading design direction and mentoring team members
• Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills
• Ability to “get” a brand's vibe intuitively and adapt accordingly
• Bonus: A love for internet culture, memes, music, and all things trending
