Job Description
- Make outbound calls to patients to generate interest in vaccination trials
- Authenticate data collection forms and surveys
- Ensure all CRMs are updated with accurate information and notes
- Clearly communicate information to patients and doctors over the phone regarding the study
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices
Job Specifications
- O/A Levels/Matriculation or above
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Availability to work five days a week
- 9 hours per day (falling within the business window of 7 PM to 7 AM PKST)
