The Patient Enrollment Specialist within the Operations Department is responsible for collecting and managing data from a variety of clinical and pharmaceutical research projects. This is a full-time position that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align, compile, and maintain accurate data, ensuring it is reported clearly, concisely, and without error.

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to patients to get them interested in vaccination trials
• Authenticate data collection forms and surveys
• Ensure that all CRMs are updated with the correct information and notes
• To have an extensive understanding of the study to ensure smooth delivery of information to patients and doctors over the phone
• To have exposure to and first-hand knowledge of the relevant culture, names, addresses, and languages
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices

Job Specifications

• O Levels/Matric or above
• Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
• The individual should be able to work five days a week, 9 hours per day (Falling within the business window of 7 PM to 7 AM)
