Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will also manage CRM workflows in Zoho, run WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and deliver clear performance reports. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with data, ad platforms, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business growth.

Job Description

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Develop audience, keyword, bidding, and retargeting strategies
• Write ad copy and prepare creative briefs for search, display, video, carousel, and lead-generation formats
• Monitor budgets and KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Conduct A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
• Optimize campaigns and reallocate budgets based on channel performance
• Manage GA4, UTM tracking, pixels, and conversion tracking for accurate attribution
• Ensure leads are correctly synced, tagged, and tracked in Zoho CRM
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards with actionable recommendations

Job Specifications

• 2-4 years of Performance marketing or paid media experience
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM-based lead management
• Strong analytical, copywriting, and campaign-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns accurately and meet deadlines
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with Zoho Analytics or Looker Studio
• Basic knowledge of GTM, pixels, CRO, and landing-page optimization
• Exposure to programmatic or affiliate marketing
