Principal Product Manager to lead our AI Solutions initiative, driving the development and growth of our internal and customer facing

Job Description
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Solutions platform
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions using cloud technologies
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, and successful delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate those insights into innovative AI solutions
- Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, balancing business needs with technical feasibility
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to prioritize features, design user experiences, and establish product success metrics
- Advocate for AI best practices such as RAG, fine-tuning, and effective deployment of AI models to drive value
- Drive experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives to identify and validate AI capabilities that solve customer pain points
Job Specifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software
- Proven experience in delivering AI/ML solutions integrated with cloud-native services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI tools, etc.)
- Strong technical background or understanding of AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG strategies, and model fine-tuning
- Experience in working with engineering teams, especially in backend development for cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and product features
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions
- Experience with writing vision documents (like PR/FAQs), agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks
- Experience working with AI Agents, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation
- Familiarity with tools like Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Cognitive Services, or similar platforms
- Background in customer-facing roles or experience engaging directly with clients to gather insights
