As a key contributor to Ibex Pakistan's sales quality assurance operations, the Quality Assurance Executive will focus on tracking quality metrics, conducting audits, and providing actionable insights to the sales team. They will engage in comprehensive quality verification activities including regular review of sales calls and performance reports, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating training sessions to promote adherence to best practices. - Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed quality metrics and performance reports to monitor results and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Identify gaps in sales performance by evaluating data and provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness
- Perform comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales verification and evaluation tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies
- Conduct regular and thorough quality audits of sales calls to assess adherence to company standards, approved sales scripts, and regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal teams and external business partners to resolve issues and provide necessary information
- Monitor incoming sales calls and manage the appropriate screening and assignment of requests and tasks within the sales quality assurance function
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to design, implement, and track quality improvement initiatives that drive higher standards and better performance
- Plan, organize, and conduct targeted training sessions for Sales Executives regarding quality standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Stay informed about daily updates to the knowledge base, process changes, and advancements in sales quality assurance practices to continuously improve the process
- Utilize quality assurance tools and generate detailed audit reports to analyze findings that contribute to process optimization
- Facilitate internal and external calibration sessions aimed at ensuring consistency and alignment in quality evaluations across the sales team
- Provide orientation and onboarding support focused on quality assurance practices for new hires to ensure early integration of established standards
- Conduct regular process compliance checks and execute analysis to help sustain continuous improvement and adherence to operational procedures
Job Specification
- Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels OR Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an inbound sales center
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to details Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Command over MS Office, especially in Excel Team player & Strong People
- Management Skills Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools. Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
