Pakistan is looking for a Therapeutics – Team Lead who shall assist our U.S. based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call. As a Team Lead – Therapeutics, you will oversee the end to end patient enrollment process, ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, and lead a high performing team to achieve daily and weekly targets. • Lead, guide, and motivate the Patient Enrollment & Engagement team
• Conduct daily huddles, assign leads, and manage staff allocation
• Monitor team performance and productivity; present daily/weekly metrics
• Identify gaps and implement performance improvement measures
• Ensure accurate patient prescreening based on study eligibility
• Uphold ethical standards, compliance, and patient confidentiality
• Collaborate closely with site teams for patient outcomes
• Support training and skill development of team members

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare or Medical field (MBBS / Pharm-D)

 

• Experience in patient recruitment & enrollment is essential
