- Lead, guide, and motivate the Patient Enrollment & Engagement team
- Conduct daily huddles, assign leads, and manage staff allocation
- Monitor team performance and productivity; present daily/weekly metrics
- Identify gaps and implement performance improvement measures
- Ensure accurate patient prescreening based on study eligibility
- Uphold ethical standards, compliance, and patient confidentiality
- Collaborate closely with site teams for patient outcomes
- Support training and skill development of team members
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare or Medical field (MBBS / Pharm-D)
- Experience in patient recruitment & enrollment is essential
