Job Description
- Conducting thorough reviews of design templates to ensure that all images, graphics, and elements are relevant, high-quality, and align with the intended purpose and theme
- Verifying that templates adhere to core design rules, including typography, colour composition, layout balance, and overall visual aesthetics
- Using Canva to evaluate and test the usability, editability, and functionality of design templates
- Identifying and addressing any design inconsistencies, alignment issues, image quality problems, or mismatched elements across templates
- Validating that templates meet approved criteria and guidelines and resonate with the target audience
- Collaborating with the team and providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement in review quality
- Reviewing templates for cultural appropriateness and language-specific nuances, if applicable
- Maintaining comprehensive QA logs, issue reports, and improvement recommendations to streamline the review process
- Working independently on QA projects and handling pressure to meet deadlines

- Previous experience in a design or creative field

- The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines

- Availability to work five days a week, 9 hours a day
