Meet Aisha Butt.
Talented. Brilliant. Incredible. Amazing. Show-stopping. Spectacular…
She has been part of ibex. Pakistan (formerly known as TRG Pakistan) for more than two decades now. She joined way back in 2004 as a customer service representative. Now she works as the Alert Communications Supervisor.
But Aisha's journey has been quite unique from the rest of our early TRG family.
As a working mother, her priorities were clear from the very beginning. She was looking for a role that offered flexibility, manageable workload, and most importantly, the ability to balance her professional and personal life. For her, family always came first.
So, instead of chasing rapid promotions, Aisha chose stability.
She continued working as a CSR for 11 years straight, building the brand's (Alert Communications) image while also building her own.
Reflecting on her journey, Aisha shares:
"It's been a privilege working for Alert Communications. To me, Alert is my alma mater. It provided me with a comfort zone where I could continue my job as a half-time agent without disturbing my family life. That's why I chose to stay."
Over the years, her dedication did not go unnoticed.
"Throughout my career, I've been very lucky. I have received five awards for being a star performer and my dependability, and another one for completing 10 years with the company."
For Aisha, one quality stands out above all: dependability. She says:
"It's the key to success in any call center environment, and that comes through time management. I can proudly say that I developed this quality at TRG."
She attributes her career success to everyone who cheered her own and helped her get to this point.
"No doubt, without my family, especially my husband, it would not have been possible. They supported me at every step. I could keep my family together because my work never disturbed my family life."
Of course, ibex. Pakistan was cheering her on right alongside.
While maintaining a balance between work and family, Aisha has successfully achieved both personal and professional milestones.
Her journey is a reminder that career growth does not always follow one path. Sometimes, it's about finding what works best for you and staying committed to it.
She takes pride in being part of a company that has provided her with job satisfaction, stability, and opportunities for self-development.
Aisha's journey is also an inspiration to all the women out there who think it's not possible to manage work while handling household responsibilities. With the right support, dedication and efforts, anyone can do anything. As long as they set their minds to it!
Even today, Aisha walks into work with the same zeal and passion she had when she first joined back in 2004.
