iLEAD 2018, was a leadership workshop initiative; from the Organizational Development function, planned for the contact center management and the leadership team in Pakistan, held on November 19th and 20th, 2018, at Ramada Plaza, Karachi. As the tagline said 'Together Towards Tomorrow' - The workshop, saw all the PK management from across all sites, united for a common objective ,to collectively work on company performance through analyzing and exploiting the trends of the business, Leadership & Synergy, talks on real business issues, provide solutions and pave the path for future growth through disruptive strategies. The whole idea was surrounded around 'Where Are We and Where To Next'. The facilitator was none other but Mr. Sohail Zindani, who has been in the L&D industry for more than a decade and is known for being a disruptor, leadership coach and ambassador of inner strengths. Excitingly, Day 2 of the workshop was facilitated by the CEO/Country Manager, Nadeem Elahi himself. It was an inspiration to see him as he interacted with everyone in the room from professional to a personal level, discussing and maneuvering their directions towards the company vision, goals and objectives.
