Yoga, Painting & Much More:
We provide yoga and fitness sessions ranging in levels of difficulty. We even recently had a lovely and fun-packed day out at the beach, where we rewinded from a long week of calls and chats.
That’s not all, though. We also have painting and other short creative sessions during the days to take a break from the stressful load of the day’s work. We also have Qawali nights. New Year’s party. Mehendi time on Chand Raat. And so much more.

Sports Activities:
To increase or maintain physical fitness, we organize various sporting events such as cricket, football, and table tennis tournaments. Plus a little bit of comrade and friendly competition goes a long way in improving workplace relationships.

Global Wellness Week:
This is an eagerly awaited annual event at ibex. Pakistan. This is a week dedicated to health and awareness. During this week, we hold a wide range of interactive activities such as games, bringing wellness professionals to give motivational talks, and training workshops. All these are aimed to empower our customer support agents and employees to take control of their health.
Preventative Care Measures:
To ensure easy access to medical facilities, we provide various medical check-ups on-site. This initiative has allowed our employees to manage their health conveniently, resulting in early detection and prevention of potential complications.
Performance Bonuses and Outreach:
We ensure that our employees' morale remains high by offering performance-related bonuses and incentives. These are offered monthly, bi-monthly and even on occasions like Eid.
Chillax Room:
