IBEX Global, Islamabad, celebrated its 1st anniversary with a grand celebration on Tuesday, July 11th 2017. Massive participation was observed from the company’s employees including the senior management. The event was a joint team effort between HR, Operations, and Support teams. The entire facility was decorated with lights, buntings and balloons with the color theme of red and grey. Stage and seating was arranged in the main porch of the building. A red carpet entrance was also observed which lead to the stage of the ceremony. Moreover, a photo booth was displayed for all the IBEXians. As part of the festive, 1st year anniversary badges were offered along with the printed time line of the event to the guests. Furthermore, all the employees were served with special anniversary meal (live Bar B-Q) for the whole day. The event took off by welcoming the CEO of the company, Mr. Nadeem Elahi, with a bouquet of fresh flowers. After the facility round, Mr. Elahi did the honors of the cake cutting ceremony along with rest of the company management. The show was hosted by Mr. Kamran Qureshi and Ms. Tehreena from Operations, who welcomed the guests and presented a heartwarming ceremony which included special performances, employees sharing their work experiences and comedy skits to add the element of humor to the event, The senior management was asked to share their experiences and comprehension of how their employees play a vital role for the growth of this organization. Mr. Nadeem Elahi, went on further to commend his staff teams for the effort and dedication by awarding top performers of Ibex Global with shields of *Best Resource of The Year* for the respective departments. Another ceremonial cake cutting took place after the *Honorary Awards* were presented to the chief guests. The ceremony ended with live stage performance which included a skit depicting the background of our level of customer services and a live jamming session by our employees from Square Trade. The award winners dined with the management after the ceremony where they were able to share their thoughts about their tremendous work. Such employees have helped set standards high for our company.
