How much different it would be if people look less in the world as a group of always critical, always complaining, always feeling persecuted bunch of curmudgeons! It’s likely not marked on calendar, and people probably never heard of it—but March 20 is the International Day of Happiness. The day was started in 2012 when all 193 United Nations member states adopted a resolution calling for happiness to be given greater priority. Not only is happiness a worldwide concept, but the English word happiness is one of the most familiar and desirable ones on the planet. Perpetuating its legacy of creating the climate of highly strong organizational culture, IBEX Global, this time celebrated “International Day of Happiness” with great zeal because we worth our brilliant employees and their happiness symbolizes they are IBEXIANS. An enthralling activity was conducted by Employer branding team which included providing the opportunity to express what International Day of Happiness could be to tell each other and the world about the happiness, and there we came to know hilarious comments from employees ranging from: happiness is get plenty of sleep, to hang around with crazy friends, to get a free Wifi, to get an unexpected piece of chocolate, yoga, yoga and more yoga, to have awesome people around us etc. and these moments have been nicely captured by the eye of camera. Moreover, stress ball with smiley face is rewarded to employees that wrapped the whole IBEX Tower in the gleam of happiness. We at IBEX Global, strongly believes that such celebrations would make a powerful statement that we value our brilliant workforce for this reason went to great lengths to exalt happiness and wellbeing of them.
