Islamabad Chapter Bringing parents to the workplace! ibex opens door to welcome parents first time in the history. There were times when parents used to take their children to their workplace. The Tables have turned. ibex marked a day where Parents were invited at workplace and they learn more about the employer and the career path that their children have chosen. The event included talks by executives and employees about what ibex does and what is their job purpose. Event was followed with ibex souvenir distribution to all parents along with the refreshment. Our employees' parents appreciated the culture of the company and the kinds of things their children do, those employees are going to be happier, more connected, and more loyal to our company.
