- Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Insurance products
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding services and policies
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Meet assigned quality and performance standards
Job Specifications
- Minimum Intermediate - Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Relevant Sales / Telemarketing / Customer Service Experience (preferably from financial or insurance industry
- Full-time on-site role
- 6 Days/Week, with fixed Morning Shift
